About this role

The Team Manager - Digital Ecosystem plays a pivotal role in the strategic and operational development of our digital business. Key tasks include:

  • Lead a team of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers. Contribute to the hiring, coaching and development of our talent and to building a strong, dynamic, motivated and impactful team.
  • Lead the seller acquisition strategy and operations (market prospection, negotiations, onboarding and business development) to meet P&L targets.
  • Lead the P&L, performance and development of a specific category (e.g. Modern and Impressionist Art, Old Masters, Fine Jewellery, Watches, Fashion, etc.) across the digital ecosystem.
  • Own the customer, seller and employee experience (CX, SX and EX). Track performance, identify areas of improvement and lead initiatives to ensure an unparalleled experience to customers, selling partners and colleagues.
  • Analyze the market, stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities to improve our offering and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Lead high visibility projects across the organization in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • The position is based in our offices in Madrid or Düsseldorf. You will be able to work in a hybrid mode.

About your profile

  • 6 - 8 years of experience in consulting, e-commerce, art, fashion, luxury, FMCG or retail.
  • Proven people leadership, commercial and analytical skills.
  • Proven interpersonal and relational skills.
  • Motivation and willingness to learn.
  • Highly organized and results oriented with a high degree of ownership.
  • Fluency to speak, read and write in English. Fluency in other European languages is a plus (German, Spanish, Italian and/or French).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a top-tier university in Business, Engineering, Arts or other related field.
  • Knowledge of the art & luxury market and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
